WrapnPack Return Policy [Online Store & Instore]


DUE TO COVID-19 WE NO LONGER ACCEPT ANY RETURNS IN ANY WAY OR FORM, WHETHER IN-STORE OR ONLINE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE TAKE THE CURRENT PANDEMIC EXTREMELY SERIOUS AND WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN RETURNS AT ALL. We leave the previous information below for the shake of record-keeping for greater transparency only and the following Policy below will be dismissed, the above Amendment takes precedence over the Policy below until otherwise stated. For more clarity please call or email us. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED, PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER.




We Conveniently off Exchanges & Returns for 7 days from date of purchase.

WrapnPack Factory Shop offers to exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of invoice, free of charge.

To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:

  • Returned within 7 days of the invoiced/order date
  • Undamaged and unused, (note: boxes that were dispatched unfolded may not be returned folded) and in salable condition
  • In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
  • Accompanied by a copy of the online order/invoice/receipt

Once we have received your returned product and it has been checked by Management, a full refund of the price paid will be made within a mutually agreed time frame.

Please Note:

Transport charges for returns are at the customer’s expense.

To return an unwanted item after 7 days of the invoiced date, a 20% handling charge will be levied.

Unwanted items for special events like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day etc may not be returned after the event.

All Items on “Special” or on “Mark-Down” may not be returned without a clear fair reason as per guidelines above.

Items which may not be returned for a refund:

  • Food Products, Containers & Packaging
  • Inflated/Un-Inflated Balloons
  • Bakeware
  • Costumes
  • Cut Ribbons
  • Novelty Toys

To Return a Online defective item, the product must be :

  • Returned within 7 days of the invoiced date
  • Accompanied by a copy of the online order/invoice/receipt
  • A fair clear reason or photo/video proof sent to or to management via Whatsapp.

Once we have received your defective product and our team has confirmed that the product is faulty, a full refund of the price paid will be made.

Insurance and Courier Transit Damage / Package Delivery Insurance

WrapnPack reserves the right to decline any of the above types of product refund/replacements especially if damage were caused by "User Inflicted Damage" or Courier Transit Damage. Courier Damage and Transit Damage will have standard Courier Package Insurance (If any, with the courier company) and should be claimed from the Courier Company and not from WrapnPack Factory Shop.

Click & Collect Returns:

Upon collection and Signing of the Packing Slip; no returns will be accepted, unless WrapnPack Management’s approval. We do not take responsibility for the “Collector” who signed for the Package; Upon Signing the Packing Slip, the package is the responsibility of the “Collector” 

For example; should the Package be “dropped, knocked or damaged” inside and around our Factory Shop premises or parking area, we may refuse to replace an item (s).

Returning Part of a Order/Bulk Online Order:

Will be subjected to the same Terms Above and must include all invoices involved. Please arrange a suitable time for the Team so we can be prepared to receive a Bulk Return Order to prevent disruptions at our Factory Shop Dispatch area.

Website Incorrect Data:

Please check dimensions upon collection, we try our best to confirm dimensions. We stock hundreds of line items, and we might make mistakes. Product Dimension Adjustments might take a while to update, please double-check Correct Dimensions and Quantities upon collection/delivery.

Food Containers, Food Products/Ingredients & Packaging:

We DO NOT accept Returns on Food Containers, Food Products, Ingredients or Packaging under any circumstances.

We do not take responsibility for any Mobicredit related purchases, queries, or support. If your application for credit has been denied, you need to contact Mobicredit to resolve the matter. Order related questions or confirmations is our responsibility to resolve.
