
Vanilla Mousse
Instructions:
- Cold Water 1200ml
- Cream 800ml
- Mousse Mix 1000g
- Place Cream and Water in a mixing bowl
- Add Vanilla mix to the mixing bowl
- Blend 1 min on low speed
- Scrap Down
- Whisk 5 min at top speed
- Store in refrigerator
